Caswell Science & Technology Park is set within approximately 25 acres of beautiful rural country side just 2 miles from the historic market town of Towcester.  It's location offers ease of access to the A5, A43, M1 and M40 motorways with links through to Northampton (8 miles), Milton Keynes (10 miles), Banbury (18 miles) and Oxford (30 miles).

The Park dates back to 1839 when the large farm house, built for the 4th Duke of Grafton was completed.  This is still in use today as dedicated fully serviced office space accommodating up to 32 persons.
