Annie Rickard To Head Up Sales Team At Towcester Business Park

CASWELL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PARK welcomes local sales and marketing professional, Annie Rickard, to the onsite team. Annie will manage the sales and marketing of the prime office, workshop, industrial and laboratory space available at the 25-cre site in Northampton.

Regional Park Operator, Fasset Ltd has successfully managed Caswell since 2008 on behalf of occupier landlord Oclaro. Annie joins the 27 strong service delivery team onsite which includes sales, operations, maintenance and housekeeping; Aramark catering and Security.

Annie brings with her a depth of experience gained in her 23 years of marketing, sales and account management roles within blue chip organisations across a broad range of market sectors. As well as managing her own marketing consultancy business, Annie has worked for recognised clients such as: The Daily Telegraph, Proctor & Gamble, The Whitbread Group and Claritas; developing targeted and highly effective integrated brand marketing and sales campaigns.

Annie is local to the Towcester based business park, and the networking connections she brings from her involvement with Towcester Business Club and local newspaper should prove to be an invaluable asset when looking to match the needs of the business tenants with the space available.

Annie is enthusiastic about joining the team at Caswell: “My predecessor was a great believer in the power of effective networking and I intend to build on the foundations already laid to raise the profile and awareness of the fantastic facilities and opportunities at the Park”.
