Towcester Business Park Welcomes New Location Manager

Steve Collard joins the onsite Facilities Team at CASWELL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PARK as Location Manager. With over 35 years experience in facilities management, Steve is well placed to co-ordinate and manage the smooth running of the 25-acre prestigious business park. He joins the 28-strong onsite service delivery team and has responsibility for maintenance, housekeeping and logistics – ensuring that the quality of the facilities for clients and tenants are second to none.

Steve comments: “Caswell is a very diverse and complex business site and the challenge of ensuring that we maintain our exceptional service delivery was one that held much appeal for to me. My background is running large sites such as shopping centres, so I am confident that I can cope with just about anything that the day throws up! The onsite team has been really welcoming and the tenants are friendly; also the fact that I can drive through some outstanding countryside makes me appreciate what a fantastic location Caswell is”.

Regional Park Operator, Fasset Ltd has successfully managed Caswell since 2008 on behalf of occupier landlord Oclaro. Onsite facilities teams include: sales, operations, maintenance and housekeeping; Aramark catering and Security.

Recent additions onsite include: Harbury Consulting, Welltec UK Ltd, Diamond Hard Surfaces, Rosslyn Stewart and Morcambe Moments.

Onsite tenants have access to facilities including a restaurant, main reception, cleaning, Post/mail, 24/7 security, access control, free parking and IT infrastructure.
