18th September 2012

New business agency, ‘First Impressions’ and specialist technology search and recruitment business ‘Mployability’ have recently relocated to Caswell Park just outside of Towcester.

Delivering quality business opportunities and strategic support to clients, First Impressions wanted a location with excellent facilities and transport links, impressive meeting space and an opportunity to make important business connections. Managing Director Paul McGuire comments: “Having made the decision to locate to Caswell, the paperwork was quick and we were settled in a matter of weeks. So far, Caswell Park is certainly delivering on expectation and client visitors are as impressed with the location as we are. Being able to focus on the business rather than sorting out things like broadband and telephony has been a big bonus.”

Also new to Caswell is dynamic tech recruitment experts ‘Mployability’ who have relocated onsite as their business growth demanded more space. Having developed their own methodology - ‘Right Now Expertise Scouting’, Mployability aim to help companies and job seekers navigate their way through what can be a recruitment maze. They work with a number of clients selecting and delivering candidates for traditionally hard to recruit for positions, using social media, coaching, networking and dynamic promotional techniques.

Nick Gallimore, CEO comments: “We are delighted with our new pad. It gives us the space and amenities we need in an amazing location and the food is delicious! Caswell House is absolutely steeped in history and there is even talk of a ghost! It’s the start of the next phase of the company and we are very excited about what lies ahead”.

Annie Rickard, Sales and Marketing at Caswell Park was instrumental in relocating these business: “With a mix of innovative, technical, industrial and manufacturing businesses located here, I am confident that both First Impressions and Mployability will really enjoy being part of the Caswell business community. It is a very impressive location and with the new addition of high speed broadband it has the amenities a modern business needs to operate in such a competitive climate. Both businesses relocated quickly and were up and running with minimum disruption. “
